EFEKTIFITAS PENDOKUMENTASIAN KEPERAWATAN BERBASIS EMR TERHADAP EFEKTIFITAS BEDSIDE HANDOVER METODE SBAR: SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Latar belakang: Komunikasi merupakan bagian dari perilaku manusia yang memungkinkan kelangsungan hidup dalam komunitas. Metode: Menggunakan desain penelitian systematic review dengan menggunakan database PubMed, Scopus, dan Sciendirect. Hasil : Berdasarkan pencarian terdapat 500 artikel dan setelah proses screening hanya 7 artikel sesuai kriteria dan dianalisa hasil dinjauan sistematis menunjukkan bahwa dokumentasi keperawatan berbasis EMR dalam pelaksanaan handover berbasis SBAR sangat berperan penting dalam pelaksanaan proses timbang terima, karena dapat meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. Kesimpulan : adanya hubungan penggunaan metode komunikasi efektif SBAR dengan pelaksanaan timbang terima (handover).
