Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, workload and punishment on employee performance at PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Surabaya Branch. The type of research is explanatory research with quantitative methods. Using a population of 65 employees. The sampling technique uses the complete enumeration method where all members of the population are used as respondents. Using primary data sourced from questionnaires. And using a linear regression analysis tool with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research explain that the work environment and workload variables partially do not have a significant effect on employee performance, the punishment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this research explain that the work environment, workload and punishment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
