PENYESUAIAN PERAWATAN KANKER SELAMA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19: PENGALAMAN PERAWAT KANKER

Latar Belakang: Penyakit COVID-19 telah merubah praktik pelayanan Kesehatan secara fudamental, termasuk praktik pelayanan kanker, seperti pengalihan perawatan ke platform virtual, mengatur ulang sarana dan jadwal untuk menjalankan praktik, dan tenaga kesehatan tetap bertanggung jawab untuk melindungi keselamatan pasien dan individu serta memastikan kualitas perawatan yang diberikan. Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi pengalaman perawat kanker dalam mengelolah pasien kanker selama pandemi. Metode: Pendekatan fenomenologi untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman perawat kanker. Respoden penelitian ini adalah 5 perawat yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling dan dilakukan wawancara semi terstruktur dengan mematuhi protocol kesehatan. Semua hasil wawancara di transkrip dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Collaizzi. Hasil: Tiga tema yaitu penyesuaian perawatan; tekanan psikologis dan strategi coping; motivasi. Penyesuaian perawatan kanker termasuk penggunaan APD, pengaturan jadwal dan prosedur kemoterapi dan pemanfaatan telehealth. Perawat kanker juga mengalami tekanan psikologis termasuk kecemasan ketakutan treinfeksi COVID-19, gangguan tidur. Beberapa Tindakan strategi coping yaitu memperbaharui pengetahuan COVID-19, relaksasi dengan music. Insentif merupakan salah satu motivasi perawat untuk menampilkan performa maksimal. Kesimpulan: Penyesuaian perawatan kanker selama pandemic COVID-19 menjadi keharusan, untuk menjaga kualitas dan keberlanjutan pelayanan, sekaligus menjaga keselamatan pasien dan perawat. Dukungan psikologis bagi perawat menjadi sangat penting
