ANALISIS PENGOLAHAN DAN PEMASARAN KELAPA MENJADI KOPRA DI DESA KOMBUTOKAN KECAMATAN TOTIKUM SULAWESI TENGAH

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the environmental conditions in kombutokan village, especially in natural resources which are dominantly coconut trees, how to process and produce good coconut products, and how to market them in kombutokan village, Totikum sub-district, Banggai Islands district, Central Sulawesi province. One of the main livelihoods in kombutokan village is processing coconut into copra. Because kombutokan is one of the centers for coconut production, the researchers used an analysis of processing coconut into copra and marketing it. The results of the study cover starting from the process of taking coconuts that are still on the tree, the quality of the coconuts that will be processed into copra so as to produce copra which has a high selling value, as well as marketing which only revolves around the village of kombutokan and to the surrounding areas. local marketers in kombutokan village market kombutokan copra products to big cities or export them abroad.
