Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Mikro, Menengah (UMKM) Rahajeng Kota Probolinggo
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of accounting information systems and human resource competencies on the contribution or success of Rahajeng UMKM in Probolinggo City. This research is qualitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 7 people who were employees and owners of Rahajeng UMKM, the technique taken used a saturated sample technique in which the entire sample was the existing population (census). Processing of questionnaire data in this study was carried out with the SPSS version 26 application using the multiple linear regression method. After the validity test is carried out, the sample can meet the data collection criteria. The Accounting Information System variable has a significance value of 0.011, this value is smaller than 0.05. Meanwhile, for t count, the value is 4.493> t table (3.182), so the Accounting Information System variable has an effect on the Business Success variable. The Human Resources Competency variable has a significance value of 0.009, this value is smaller than 0.05. Meanwhile, for t count, a value of 4.778> t table (3.182) is obtained, so Human Resource Competencies have an effect on the Business Success variable. The results showed that the Accounting Information System and Human Resource Competence had a partially significant effect on the Business Success variable.
