Abstract

This study aims to: (1) find out the influence of attribute of Sophie Paris product partially to customer satisfaction in Kaliwates District Jember, (2) to know the influence of service quality of Sophie Paris partially to customer satisfaction in Kaliwates District Jember, (3) to know product attribute and quality service Sophie Paris product simultaneously to customer satisfaction in District Kaliwates Jember. The design of the study based on its purpose is to include explanatory research. The study population was the customers of Sophie Paris products in Kaliwates District Jember, and taken as a whole sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with SPSS program version 17. The results showed that: (1) Sophie Paris product attribute significantly influence partially to customer satisfaction in Kecamatan Kaliwates Jember, (2) Sophie Paris service quality significantly partially to satisfaction customers in Kecamatan Kaliwates Jember, (3) Product attribute and service quality of Sophie Paris have significant influence simultaneously to customer satisfaction in Kaliwates District Jember.
