Abstract

Research conducted at the Lubuklinggau City Manpower Office with the aim of finding out how the work environment and communication influence the performance of the employees of the Lubuklinggau City Manpower Office. The population in this study amounted to 44 people from all employees of the Lubuklinggau City Manpower Office. The research method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From the results of the study of the correlation between the work environment and communication on the performance of employees of the Manpower Office of the Lubuklinggau City, it was quite strong. Conclusions from this study Work Environment affect the performance of employees, Communication affects the performance of employees and the work environment and communication affect employee performance.
