Pengaruh Keterlibatan Kerja dan Sikap Profesionalisme Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the job involvement andprofessionalism attitudetoward the entrepreneurial intention. Data sample taken using random sampling technique, which by taking samplesat region  which is done at random. The number of samples taken is determined as much as 50 respondents. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression.The result of this study are that the job involvement andprofessionalism attitudeaffects significance in partial toward the entrepreneurial intention,the job involvement andprofessionalism attitudeaffects significance in simultaneous toward the entrepreneurial intention and professionalism attitude affect significance in dominant toward the entrepreneurial intention.
