The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of leadership style, motivation and work environment on the
perfomance of health vocational high school teachers in Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative. The
population in this study are all health vocational high school teachers in Surabaya. Data collection using saturated
sampling was distributed to 48 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are google form based
questionnaires with multiple regression, with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that
leadership style, motivation and work environment affect simultaneously and significantly to teacher perfomance as
indicated by the level of significance F < ɑ (0,000 < 0,05) and Adjusted R-square of 0,430. This means that the
contribution of leadership style, motivation and work environment is 43%. While the remaining 57%, explained by
other variables outside this study. Partially, leadership style have a significant effect on teacher perfomance of 0,037,
motivation have significant effect to teacher perfomance equal 0,022 and work environment have a significant effect
to teacher perfomance equal to 0,001.
