Abstract

The purpose of this study is to research and analyze the influence of compensation, work discipline,
and work environment on employee performance at PT. Inter Buana Mandiri. This research is
included in quantitative research because the approach used for research proposals, hypotheses,
observations, data analysis processes, conclusions, and writing processes uses aspects of
calculation, measurement, formula, and numerical data capacity. The data collection method is
through questionnaires, interviews, and direct observations. In this study, the population and sample
were all employees of PT. Inter Buana Mandiri. The sample used was a total of 35 respondents.
Data analysis was in the form of validity test, reliability rest, normality test, multicollinearity test,
heterokedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient test, F test, and t
test. The result of this study prove that the compensation variable does not have a significant effect
on employee performance, but work discipline and work environment have proven to have a
significant effect on employee performance at PT. Inter Buana Mandiri. Then the results of the
coefficient of determination test revealed that 64,4% of the variation of the dependent variable of
employee performance can be explained by three variations of the independent variables, namely
compensation, work discipline, and work environment. While the remaining 35,6% can be explained
by other variables that are not included in this research model.
