Keywords:
Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, CompensationAbstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and compensation on
employee performance at PT. Nusantara Ekspress Sejati. Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that
focuses on change and inspiration by motivating and directing employees to achieve organizational goals effectively.
Work motivation refers to internal and external drives that influence employees' enthusiasm and commitment to their
work. Meanwhile, compensation encompasses all forms of rewards received by employees in return for their
contributions to the organization. This research employs a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis
techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees and processed using SPSS version
26 software. The results indicate that transformational leadership style and work motivation have a significant impact
on employee performance. This suggests that inspirational leadership and high work motivation can enhance employee
productivity and work quality. However, the compensation variable does not have a significant effect on employee
performance, implying that financial factors or other forms of rewards are not the sole determinants of individual
performance within the organization. Based on these findings, the company is advised to place greater emphasis on
improving leadership quality and fostering a motivating work environment to enhance employee performance. This
study also provides insights for management in designing more effective leadership strategies and policies to optimize
employee productivity.
