This study is entitled "The Effect of Compensation, Leadership Style, and Work Discipline on Employee
Performance of PT. Andalan Pacific Samudra" which aims to analyze the influence of each variable both partially
and simultaneously on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a
population of 70 employees. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, while data analysis used
multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that compensation, leadership style, and work
discipline have a significant influence on employee performance, both individually and together. The dominant
variable is leadership style. This study provides strategic recommendations to improve employee performance
through a fair compensation system, the implementation of an effective leadership style, and consistent
enforcement of work discipline.
