The aims of this study is to analyze the effect of competence, organizational support, and communication on motivation and performance of teachers in Surabaya's main intellectual education foundation. This study uses a quantitative approach using data analysis (PLS) based on empirical theory between the variables in this study, then data is collected by questionnaire instrument. The sampling method used in this study was a saturated sample in which all members of the population were sampled as many as 75 teachers. The results of this study indicate that competence, Organizational Support, Communication has a positive and significant effect on motivation, and performance but Comunication has no significant effect on Performance. Motivation is more dominantly influenced by competence, communication and organizational support. Teacher performance is more dominant also influenced by competence,
