Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of organizational culture, organizational support, and performance appraisal system on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as intervening variable in Bank Jatim. The sample on this study are 92 employees of Information Technology Division in Bank Jatim. using saturation sampling. Methods of data collection using survey techniques with questioners as instrument and methods of data analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this research show that organizational culture significantly influences employee performance both directly and through organizational citizenship behavior, organizational support significantly influences employee performance both directly and through organizational citizenship behavior, performance appraisal system significantly influences employee performance directly, organizational citizenship behavior cannot mediate the influence of the performance appraisal system on employee performance.
